Terms of Service

This is an English translation of the Korean Terms of Service, provided for convenience. If the two ever differ, the Korean version prevails.

1. The service

"Boss, Sign Here!" (Korean title: 대표님, 결재 부탁드립니다!) is a free browser game provided by Tuoti.

2. Saves and refunds

Your game progress is saved in your own browser. Backups are your responsibility, and clearing your browser data erases your records. You can erase all records in Settings.

There are no paid features or payments, so refunds do not apply.

To improve the service and provide statistics, we may collect the anonymous game records described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Use with care

Ads may be shown. Do not tamper with the service, abuse it by automated means, or use shared content in a way that infringes others' rights. Nicknames containing another person's name or contact details, or insulting or obscene wording, are prohibited, and such records may be hidden or deleted without notice.

4. Fiction and rights

The companies, people and events in the game are all fictional satire. Nothing here is legal, financial or investment advice.

Rights apply to the game's content. The sources and terms of use for the fonts, art and more are on the Fonts, art and sound credits page.

5. Changes and liability

The Operator may change or end the service. We will announce important changes in advance where possible. The Operator's liability is limited to the extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and liability that cannot be excluded by law is not excluded.
